WHAT IT IS:

  • A secure platform designed for easy upload and download of documents

  • A multi-use platform for messaging your DHA team, accessing and actioning your tax returns, and completing your annual tax organizer

WHEN TO USE IT:

  • You are ready to complete your annual tax organizer and upload documents for preparing your tax return

  • You need to access and download documents that we have sent you, such as your completed tax return

  • You want to message your DHA team with questions or updates on your tax return

  • Your tax return is completed and ready for your review and signature

  • To make or schedule your tax or estimate payments

GOOD TO KNOW:

  • Users need an account and password to access Client Portal

  • If you have not received a secure link to the Client Portal, please notify our team to invite you and you can set up your account
