  • Performs financial analysis including financial forecasts and cash flow analysis

  • Reviews paraprofessional prepared projects

  • Provides procedural training to other staff

  • Supports Assurance, Advisory, Consulting, and other Operational services

  • Prepares tax returns and tax planning of various types and complexities

  • Completes analytical work using critical thinking skills

  • Reviews work prepared by Staff Accountants

  • Develops an area of expertise

  • Provides more advanced procedural training

  • Begins client management and leadership of minor functions

  • Supports workload management for tax and other services

  • Prepares tax returns and tax planning of intermediate to advanced complexity

  • Reviews work prepared by Staff and Senior Accountants

  • Has an established area of expertise

  • Provides procedural and analytical skill training in area of expertise

  • Leads minor functions and assists staff in resolving tax and accounting issues

  • Increases client management and identifies areas of opportunity for new services

  • Collaborates with other leaders to assist with workload management and delegation of work

  • Prepares most difficult and complex tax returns of various entities

  • Reviews work prepared by Staff Accountants, Seniors Accountants, and Supervisors
