Job Description:
As Director of Sales, you will define and execute DHA CPAs’ go-to-market strategy, manage the sales pipeline, and lead initiatives to expand our client roster. You’ll collaborate closely with firm partners, marketing, and operations to craft compelling proposals, measure performance against KPIs, and ensure a seamless transition from prospect to satisfied client.
Essential Job Functions:
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan aligned with firm’s growth objectives
- Set revenue targets, track performance, and forecast quarterly results
- Identify new markets, service lines, and referral sources
- Pipeline & Client Acquisition
- Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, events, and digital channels
- Qualify prospects against DHA’s ideal client profile and manage sales pipeline
- Host discovery meetings, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate engagement terms
- Team & Vendor Coordination
- Partner with internal teams (Partners, Accounting, Admin) to craft proposals and pricing models
- Manage relationships with external marketing and lead-gen vendors
- Assist firm partners in coaching Supervisors and Managers on leading prospective-client meetings and guiding the client onboarding process
- Client Onboarding & Retention
- Oversee smooth handoff from sales to onboarding specialists
- Monitor early-stage client satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate on cross-sell/up-sell strategies to maximize client lifetime value
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics (lead sources, win rates, average revenue, sales cycle length
- Publish regular sales dashboards and actionable insights to firm leadership
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Brand & Community Engagement
- Represent DHA CPAs at local industry events, conferences, and charitable initiatives
- Contribute to thought leadership via social media, firm blog posts, and webinars
- Ensure consistency of firm branding and messaging across all channels

Position Summary:
The Tax Supervisor is a technical expert and departmental leader responsible for overseeing complex business tax engagements, with a primary focus on accurate review, high-level preparation, and strategic tax planning. This role requires advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws as they apply to corporations, partnerships, and S corporations. In addition to delivering high-quality tax work, the Tax Supervisor provides guidance to staff through mentoring and training, and supports client relationships by contributing to planning and consulting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tax and Compliance Review:
