WHAT IT IS:

  • A secure platform designed for easy upload and download of documents
  • Users sign into a Dashboard to view and manage folders and documents

WHEN TO USE IT:

  • You have a large number of documents or large files to send to DHA, such as QuickBooks files or tax workpapers
  • You need to access and download documents that we have sent you, such as your completed tax return

GOOD TO KNOW:

  • Users need an account and password to access Client Portal

FILE SHARE

WHAT IT IS:

  • A secure platform designed for easy upload of documents

WHEN TO USE IT:

  • You have a small number of documents to send to DHA
  • You want to send files to a specific member of our staff
  • You need to upload documents but don’t have a Client Portal account

GOOD TO KNOW:

  • User account and password are not required, just enter your contact information

  • You need to select a staff member to receive your files

  • Same process as when a staff member sends you a “Send a File” link via email
