We have just received word that Minnesota will likely be approved as a Eligible Disaster Area for the SBA Coronavirus (COVID-19) loans.  The application process isn’t live yet, but we expect approval over the weekend and applications to be open early next week.

*As of Saturday, March 21st, the application portal is open – see our Blog post SBA Disaster Loans Now Available – Apply Now!

Businesses should begin pulling together the information needed to apply for a loan.  Here are the forms you’ll need to complete so you’re ready to apply when the application portal opens:

  • Tax information authorization (IRS Form 4506T) for the applicant, principals, and affiliates
  • Complete copies of the most recent Federal Income Tax Return
  • Schedule of liabilities (SBA Form 2202)
  • Personal financial statement (SBA Form 413)
  • Profit and loss statements
