We have just received word that Minnesota will likely be approved as a Eligible Disaster Area for the SBA Coronavirus (COVID-19) loans. The application process isn’t live yet, but we expect approval over the weekend and applications to be open early next week.

Businesses should begin pulling together the information needed to apply for a loan. Here are the forms you’ll need to complete so you’re ready to apply when the application portal opens:
- Tax information authorization (IRS Form 4506T) for the applicant, principals, and affiliates
- Complete copies of the most recent Federal Income Tax Return
- Schedule of liabilities (SBA Form 2202)
- Personal financial statement (SBA Form 413)
- Profit and loss statements
- Monthly sales figures (SBA Form 1368)
