Review the first few pages of your return, which list the Federal and State(s) refund or payment information, as well as any necessary quarterly estimates due. These pages also include information about how you will receive your refund (direct deposit or by mail) or how your payments will be submitted (automatically via ACH or requiring manual submission), along with any relevant instructions.
- Review the instructions provided on the first few pages of your return for details on how to make your payments. In many cases, payments can be made online, but if you choose to mail a payment, be sure to include the voucher with your payment.
- If you prefer, you can make your payments online at the following websites. Note that you may need to create an online account, and paying with a credit card may incur processing fees.

Reach out to the person who delivered your return, and they can help connect you with the right person. We can coordinate a 15-minute meeting with your preparer to go over any specific questions you have. Any additional correspondence or meetings will be billed at the hourly rate.
We have digitized the documents for ease of preparation, and they can be returned to you if you schedule an appointment to pick them up at the office. Otherwise, we can send you a digital copy and shred the originals.
Reach out to the person who delivered your return to request a paper copy. You can then schedule an appointment to pick it up at the office.
It is recommended to keep your returns for at least three years, along with any documents used to prepare them.
